One of our most popular requests is moving customer emails over to Microsoft Exchange Online – https://products.office.com/en-gb/exchange/exchange-online

Exchange is better than both the standard POP accounts and IMAP accounts.  The benefits are:

• All your emails are in one place, always backed up,  with virtually no limitations on storage space (we host 15 years worth of emails there!)
• If you connect a new device (phone, tablet, new PC etc) then you can immediately see all your past emails, sent emails etc.
• Your address book and autocomplete email addresses follow you wherever you go.
• Your calendar works across multiple devices and can be shared with other Exchange users.

These are just a handful of what Exchange has to offer and is priced at just £3 per user per month.

Unfortunately Microsoft hasn’t made it particularly easy to move over to.  Firstly it has to be set up in exchange (easy enough) but then you have to change DNS records in your domain name, and finally transfer across all your past emails and contacts.
