While the health implications of Covid-19 are the greatest concern for everyone, from a business perspective, as a Tech/IT business, we are lucky in that we can operate at almost full capacity during the outbreak.

However, things might be a little different.

IT SUPPORT

Whilst we prefer a remote method of support, we can now enter peoples places of business or homes. Unfortunately in some cases this will be impossible, so please be considerate during this period.

COMPUTER REPAIRS

Our offices are now open for computer repairs, including phones, tablets, laptops, Apple Macs etc.  We are still however finding our supply chains to be effected, meaning we often cannot get the parts required for next day delivery.  We would appreciate you wiping down your machine / device before receiving it.  We’ll do the same before your collection.

WEBSITE DESIGN

We have been extrememely busy providing IT support to our customers to ensure they can work from home.  This has somewhat quietened down recently, so we continue to work on existing sites and are now in a position to take on some new work.

WEBSITE HOSTING

Our website hosting services have been completely unaffected. If you do have a problem with your website or emails, or need any updates carried out on your site, please call the office on 01271 321222 and if nobody answers, leave a short message and we’ll get back to you.  Alternatively, drop us an email.

This is a fast moving situation we all find ourselves in, so if anything changes we will update this page immediately.

Our thoughts at this time are with anyone personally affected by this virus along with our clients with businesses in sectors that cannot continue to operate normally (or at all). We are here now and will always be here if you need any help or advice about your ongoing services with us during this time.
