While the health implications of Covid-19 are the greatest concern for everyone, from a business perspective, as a Tech/IT business, we are lucky in that we can operate at reduced levels of service during the outbreak, which is effecting people worldwide.
However, things might be a little different.
As of Friday 20th March, we will no longer be entering peoples places of business or homes. We’ll do our best to provide IT Support remotely. Unfortunately in some cases this will be impossible, so please be considerate during this period.
Our offices are now closed, therefore we unfortunately cannot repair computer, phones, tablets, laptops etc. In addition we have found our supply chains to be severely affected, meaning we often cannot get the parts required anyway.
Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve had to very much switch our focus to supporting our customers to ensure they can work from home. This has very much hindered our web design service. However, we now anticipate being able to swing in the opposite direction to ensure that we complete the websites we are currently working on.
Our website hosting services will be completely unaffected, despite our office closure. If you do have a problem with your website or emails, or need any updates carried out on your site, please call the office on 01271 321222 and if nobody answers, leave a short message and we’ll get back to you. Alternatively, drop us an email.
This is a fast moving situation we all find ourselves in, so if anything changes we will update this page immediately.
Our thoughts at this time are with anyone personally affected by this virus along with our clients with businesses in sectors that cannot continue to operate normally (or at all).
