Internet Support
Includes - Broadband Installation; Internet Connection Issues; Virus Removal; Adware Removal; Spyware Removal; Trojan Removal; Help & Advice. Most internet related issues require an onsite visit. Rather than charging by the hour (some stubborn virus's can take hours to remove!), we charge a set fee of £25, inclusive of the call out charges. We will advise you if we feel that price may be more. If for some reason the problem cannot be fixed, we will not charge you!
PC Performance Boost
Computer running slowly? Its time for a proper clean up. We can have your computer running like when you first bought it! We remove unnecessary items which slow your system down, clean the registry and optimize the memory and CPU usage. You literally will not believe the difference. There is a set fee of £30, inclusive of the call out charge, to have your computer running like new. It will take approximately 1-2hrs to complete.
Software / Hardware Installation
Including - Windows, Skype (for free phone calls worldwide), Firewall, and Virus Protection - We can get running any software that you need, subject to copyright. If you have a new printer, scanner, camera, microphone, or other type of hardware, we can install these even if you do not have the software or drivers. There is a charge of £25 per hour, inclusive of the call out fee.
Networking
Need more than one computer connected to the internet? Or do you need your laptop, printer, games console and mobile phone device to be able to communicate with each other securely? Then a wired, or wireless solution is available. There is a charge of £25 per hour, inclusive of call out fees. Additional hardware costs may be applicable (a new router for example).
Data Recovery
Accidently delete a file that you need? Lost a file on your system that you are certain was there previously? Hard drive corrupt? Nearly all files can be recovered no matter what you did with them! There is a charge of £25 per hour, inclusive of call out fees, afterwhich we will advise you on various ways of protecting and backing up your important data.
Computer Tuition
We are experts in almost all types of software, from photo & video editing, to word processing, spreadsheets and email packages. We can train you in almost anything. Basic or advanced tuition is charged at the same rate of £25 per hour. The more advice you get, the less times you will need to call us out!
